Last updated on Thursday, March 18, 2010

(CLEVELAND, OH) - The Cleveland Cavaliers clinched the Central Division title with a 99-94 victory over the Indiana Pacers.

LeBron James led the way with 32 points, nine rebounds and nine assists as Cleveland won its fifth game in a row to clinch the division championship for the second-consecutive season.

The Cavs used a 16-2 run at the start of the third quarter to take command, building as much as an 18-point lead.

Indiana trimmed the deficit to one with just under five minutes left, but would get no closer.

Roy Hibbert led the Pacers with 20 points with Troy Murphy finishing with 19 points and 15 rebounds as Indiana has lost its last nine games on the road.

The Pacers released an update on the condition of forward Danny Granger on Wednesday.

Granger suffered a blow above his right cheek in the final minute of Tuesday night's win over Charlotte at Conseco Fieldhouse.

He was taken to Methodist Hospital and released on Tuesday night.

A CT scan of Granger's head and neck was negative.

There is no word from the team on how long Granger will be out.

The Pacers return home to face the Detroit Pistons on Friday night.
