Butler Punches Their Ticket To NCAA Tournament

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Butler Bulldogs wrapped up another NCAA Tournament berth with a 70-45 pounding of Wright State in the championship game of the Horizon League Tournament.

Shelvin Mack and Matt Howard led the twelfth-ranked Bulldogs with 14 points apiece with Zach Hahn adding eleven points as Butler extended the nation's longest winning streak to 20 games.

N'gai Evans was the only Wright State player to reach double figures, finishing with 13 points as the Raiders fall to 20-12.

Butler improves to 28-4 as they get through the entire Horizon League regular season and postseason undefeated.
