(OWENSBORO, KY) - A basketball player for the University of Southern Indiana died Thursday night after collapsing during a game with Kentucky Wesleyan College.
Senior Center Jeron Lewis apparently hit his head on the floor at the Owensboro Sportscenter after getting his feet tangled and falling.
The 21-year old senior from Fort Wayne was taken to Owensboro Mercy Health System where he was pronounced dead.
An autopsy has been scheduled for today.
