(FORT WAYNE, IN) - Deilvez Yearby scored 19 points and grabbed ten rebounds to lead the IPFW Mastodons to a 61-56 victory over the Southern Utah Thunderbirds in Fort Wayne.
Trey McCorkle added 14 points and Ben Botts finished with eleven as the Dons halted a two-game skid to improve to 7-9, 2-4 in the Summit League.
Davis Baker scored a game-high 23 points for Southern Utah with Matt Hodgson finishing with twelve points as the Thunderbirds drop to 5-12, 1-5 in the Summit.
IPFW is on the road Saturday night to face the UMKC Kangaroos in Kansas City.
