Cardinals Knock Off Redhawks In Double Overtime

(MUNCIE, IN) - The Ball State Cardinals needed double overtime to get past the Miami Redhawks 65-59 at Worthen Arena in Muncie.

Jarrod Jones led all scorers with 21 points and twelve rebounds with Jauwan Scaife adding eleven points for the Cardinals, who even their record at 9-9 overall, 3-3 in the Mid-American Conference.

Julian Mavunga led Miami with 14 points with Nick Winbush finishing with ten as the Redhawks lost for the eleventh time in twelve road games this season to fall to 6-13, 3-3 in the MAC.

Ball State travels to Buffalo to face the Bulls on Thursday night.
