(JACKSONVILLE, FL) - The Indianapolis Colts stayed undefeated, pounding out a 35-31 victory over the Jaguars in Jacksonville.

Peyton Manning threw for 308 yards and four touchdowns, including a 65-yard bomb to Reggie Wayne with 5:23 remaining in the game to put Indianapolis up for good.

The Jaguars had one last opportunity, but Jacob Lacey intercepted a David Garrard pass in the final minute to preserve the victory.

The game went back and forth all night with no team taking a lead of more than four points during the entire contest.

The lead changed hands ten times with the defenses unable to stop the other team for the first two quarters.

Neither team punted until the fourth quarter when the teams exchanged punts two times each before manning hit Wayne with what proved to be the game-winner.

Wayne caught five passes for 132 yards and a score while Dallas Clark had seven receptions for 95 yards and two touchdowns.

Garrard threw for 223 yards and three touchdowns with Maurice Jones-Drew rushing for 110 yards with a TD run and a TD catch.

The loss drops Jacksonville to 7-7 as the Jaguars lose control of their playoff destiny.

The Colts are just the third team in NFL history to start a season 14-0.

They host the New York Jets one week from Sunday.
