Injury Plagued Pacers Host Golden State Tonight

Last updated on Wednesday, November 11, 2009

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Indiana Pacers return to action this evening as they host the Golden State Warriors at Conseco Fieldhouse.

The Pacers have not played since beating the Washington Wizards 102-86 last Friday Night in Indianapolis.

Indiana improved to 2-3 with the victory and have won their last two games.

Golden State is coming off a 146-105 pounding of hapless Minnesota on Monday night to improve to 2-4.

The Warriors are led in scoring by Monta Ellis' 18 points per game with former Pacer Stephen Jackson adding 16 points per contest.

Pacers forward Troy Murphy continues to be listed as "day-to-day" with a bruise to his lower back.

Murphy has missed Indiana's last two games after falling hard to the floor November 3rd against Denver. The Pacers' latest injury worry is guard Brandon Rush.

Rush sprained an ankle in Friday's win over the Wizards and is also listed as day-to-day.

Forward Tyler Hansbrough, who made his pro debut Friday night against Washington, participated fully in a twelve-minute scrimmage on Monday.

The team will continue to monitor his minutes for the next few weeks.

Hansbrough was sidelined since late July with a shin injury.
