Last updated on Thursday, November 26, 2009

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Indiana Pacers snapped a four-game losing streak with an 86-73 win over the Los Angeles Clippers at Conseco Fieldhouse.

Troy Murphy and Dahntay Jones led Indiana with 18 points apiece.

Murphy also grabbed eleven rebounds.

Luther Head added a season high 14 points off the bench as the Pacers came back from an eleven-point deficit to improve to 6-7.

LA's Baron Davis led all scorers with 25 points with Marcus Camby adding 15 points and a game-high 21 boards as the Clippers fall to 6-10.

The Pacers played without leading scorer Danny Granger last night against the Clippers.

Granger sprained the medial collateral ligament in his left knee during Tuesday night's loss in Toronto.

Despite the injury, granger scored a game-high 36 points against the Raptors.

Head Coach Jim O'Brien said before last night's game that he was not sure how long Granger will be out.

Granger had an MRI examination of the knee Wednesday afternoon.

The Pacers return to action on Friday when they host Dirk Nowitzki and the Dallas Mavericks.
