(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The tenth-ranked Butler Bulldogs opened their exhibition schedule with an easy 77-45 victory over the Depauw Tigers at Hinkle Fieldhouse.
Shelvin Mack led the Bulldogs with 13 points.
Gordon Hayward and Andrew Smith also reached double-figures with eleven and ten points, respectively.
Joe Bergfeld, Jarrett Hamilton and Kevin Sullivan scored eight points apiece to share high-point honors for the Tigers.
Butler closes out its preseason on Saturday when they host Taylor.
