(UNDATED) - The 37th Annual IHSAA Football Tournament gets underway Friday night throughout the state.
Carmel is the number one team in class five-A according to the coaches' poll. The Greyhounds open the tournament at Westfield.
Indianapolis Cathedral tops the class four-A poll as the Irish host Lebanon tomorrow night.
In three-A, Indianapolis Chatard is the number-one team as they host Crawfordsville in the opener.
Indianapolis Ritter is atop the two-A poll as the Raiders host Union County tomorrow night.
The matchup of the weekend is probably the class-A matchup between top-ranked pioneer and number-two Lafayette Central Catholic Friday night in Lafayette.
