Last updated on Friday, October 30, 2009

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Indianapolis Colts will hold a final full-scale practice today as they get ready to face the San Francisco 49ers Sunday at Lucas Oil Stadium.

The Colts are 6 and 0 and have won their last 15 regular season games. The 9ers are 3 and 3 and have lost their last two.

Alex Smith gets the start at Quarterback Sunday for San Francisco.

Smith, the top overall pick in the 2005 NFL draft, has not started a game in two years.

He replaced Shaun Hill at halftime of last Sunday's loss in Houston, throwing three touchdown passes to Vernon Davis in the 24-21 setback.
