(PHOENIX, AZ) - The top two teams in the WNBA face off in the finals beginning Tuesday night in Phoenix.
The Indiana Fever are in the Championship Round for the first time after beating the Detroit Shock 72-67 Saturday night to win the Eastern Conference finals 2-1.
The Western Conference finals also went the full three games with the Phoenix Mercury eliminating the Los Angeles Sparks 85-74 Saturday night.
The Mercury are in the finals for the second time in three years, winning the championship over Detroit in 2007.
