(DOVER, DE) - Jimmie Johnson led 271 of the 400 laps to win Sunday’s NASCAR Sprint Cup race at the Monster Mile in Dover, Delaware.
Johnson beat Mark Martin to the finish line by almost two seconds to complete a Dover Sweep and cut into Martin's Sprint Cup points lead.
With two races down in the ten-race chase to the Sprint Cup, Martin Clings to a 10-point lead over the three-time defending cup champion.
Matt Kenseth finished third with Juan Pablo Montoya fourth and Kurt Busch fifth.
Pittsboro's Jeff Gordon finished sixth with Columbus' Tony Stewart ninth and south bend's Ryan Newman tenth.
