(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Indianapolis Colts returned to practice on Wednesday as they prepare for Sunday’s regular season opener with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
The Horseshoes listed three players, safeties Bob Sanders and Jamie Silva and tight end Tom Santi, as not participating in practice.
Sanders, who missed all of the preseason following knee surgery, says he is encouraged by his rehab but is not sure when he will return to the lineup.
He has not been officially ruled out of Sunday's game with the Jaguars, but he is not expected to play.
