Boilermakers Face The Ducks At Autzen Stadium

Last updated on Friday, September 11, 2009

(EUGENE, OR) - The Purdue Boilermakers play late Saturday night on the West Coast as they face the Oregon Ducks at Autzen Stadium in Eugene.

The Boilers won their opener against Toledo 52-31 last Saturday at Ross-Ade Stadium while the Ducks fell to Boise State 19-9 in Boise a week ago Thursday night.

Oregon will be without running back Lagarrette Blount, who was suspended for the remainder of the season by the school for punching a Boise State player following last week's loss.

Blount was the star of Oregon's 32-26 double-overtime win last season in West Lafayette, rushing for 131 yards while scoring the winning touchdown in the second overtime.
