(TERRE HAUTE, IN) - Colts defensive end Raheem Brock is expected to miss the rest of the preseason after fracturing his left hand Friday against the Vikings.

Head Coach Jim Caldwell says the injury will require surgery.

Defensive end Robert Mathis missed practice on Monday after suffering a thigh bruise in Friday's game.

The injuries are the latest for a defense that saw four backups start in the defensive backfield against Minnesota as starters Bob Sanders, Antoine Bethea, Kelvin Hayden and Marlin Jackson all sat with injuries.
