(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Indiana Pacers announced the signing of free agent Solomon Jones on Thursday.
The 6-10 forward came to terms with the team on a two-year contract late last week.
Jones is a defensive specialist who averaged three points and two-point three rebounds in just under eleven minutes per game with the Atlanta Hawks last season.
Jones played collegiately at South Florida and was the 33rd-overall pick in the 2006 NBA Draft.
He has spent his entire three-year pro career with the Hawks.
