Attorney General Joins County Prosecutor To Reconsider Murder Trial

(NEW ALBANY) - Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller has joined Floyd County prosecutor Keith Henderson in asking the state supreme court to reconsider its opinion from earlier this summer, granting David Camm a new trial.

Henderson wants the 2006 triple-murder conviction of Camm reinstated.

Camm is the former state trooper, convicted twice of the September 2000 killings of his wife Kim, 7-year-old son Bradley, and 5-year-old daughter Jill.

He's currently serving a life sentence.

A month ago, the Supreme Court decided 4-1 to grant Camm a new trial.
