(RICHMOND, VA) - The IndyCar Series is at Richmond International Raceway in Virginia this weekend for Saturday night’s SunTrust Indy Challenge.
Practice gets underway early Friday afternoon with qualifying scheduled for later tomorrow afternoon.
Following time trials, there will be a final half-hour practice session Friday night.
The 300-lap race is scheduled to begin at 8:45 eastern time Saturday night.
Tony Kanaan was last year's pole and race winner.
Ryan Briscoe enters the weekend with a three-point edge over 2007 series champion Dario Franchitti.
