(CLEVELAND, OH)- Joba Chamberlain gave up two runs in a career high eight innings, Nick Swisher hit a two run double and Alex Rodriguez added a two run single, as New York beat the Indians 5-2 Monday night.

Chamberlain retired the first 11 batters he faced, and the Yankees did not commit a single error.

The last time New York recorded a fielding error was May 13th at Toronto.

The 18 game errorless streak eclipsed the old major league mark of 17 by the 2006 Boston Red Sox.

The Yankees have won 15 of their last 19 games.
