(PHOENIX) - Micah Owings allowed four hits over seven innings to lead the Cincinnati Reds past the Arizona Diamondbacks 3-1.

The Reds scored twice in the fourth inning when Brandon Phillips hit an RBI single and would later come around to score on a sacrifice fly by Ramon Hernandez.

Phillips made it 3-0 with his sixth home run of the year, a solo shot off Arizona starter Dan Haren.

Owings made it stand up, pitching into the eighth inning as he evened his record at 3-3.

Haren took the loss, falling to 3-4.
