(DETROIT, MI) - The Chicago White Sox used the longball to power their way past the Detroit Tigers 10-6 at Comerica Park.

The Sox got on the board in the top of the second when Jermaine Dye and Paul Konerko hit back-to-back solo homers off Detroit starter Zack Miner.

Amazingly, it was the 300th career home run for both men. Carlos Quentin went 4-for-4 with two home runs and four runs batted in. Konerko would add a couple of doubles and also wound up driving in four runs.

It was the third-straight win for the White Sox.

Ramon Santiago hit a three-run homer and Josh Anderson drove in three for the Tigers, who had a three-game winning streak snapped.
