(KANSAS CITY, MO) - Zack Greinke threw five shutout innings for the win and Joakim Soria survived a rough ninth inning to get the save as the Kansas City Royals beat the Cleveland Indians 4-2.

Mike Jacobs made it 4-0 in the fourth with his first home run of the season. Cleveland would not score until the ninth when Shin-Soo Choo had an RBI single and Asdrubal Cabrera would score on a wild pitch from Soria.
