Boilers Top Badgers For First Big Ten Win This Season

(WEST LAFAYETTE, IN) - The 14th-ranked Purdue Boilermakers picked up their first Big Ten win of the season with a 65-52 victory over the Wisconsin Badgers at Mackey Arena.

Jajuan Johnson led the Boilers with 20 points and ten rebounds while Robbie Hummel came back from his back injury to score 16 points.

Joe Krabbenhoft led Wisconsin with 13 points with three badgers, including the team's leading scorer this season Marcus Landry, finishing with nine points.

Wisconsin falls to 12-and-4, 3-and-1 in conference play. Purdue moves to 12-and-4, 1-and-2 in the Big Ten after halting a two-game skid.

The Boilermakers travel to Northwestern on Thursday night.
