The team issued a release Tuesday night saying that the time change was made to give Indiana sports fans the ability to watch both the Pacers and the Indianapolis Colts, who face the San Diego Chargers in an AFC wild card game that night.

The release went on to thank the Kings organization for their willingness to allow the time change.
