(INDIANAPOLIS) - Tickets for the 2009 Indianapolis 500 go on sale today.
Fans can buy tickets online, over the phone and at the IMS ticket office.
The 93rd running of the 500 is Sunday, May 24th next year.
It includes the first of the track's centennial era, a three year celebration honoring the 100th anniversary of the opening of the famed oval in 1909 and the inaugural Indianapolis 500 in 1911.
