Granger At Pacers Practice After Losing Two Front Teeth

Last updated on Tuesday, November 4, 2008

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Indiana Pacers were back at practice Monday after having a day off on Sunday.

Danny Granger was on the court with some temporary front teeth after his were shattered while diving for a loose ball during Saturday night's win over the Boston Celtics. Granger was back at the dentist following Monday's practice.

Center Rasho Nesterovic will miss Wednesday's game with the Phoenix Suns. Nesterovic suffered an ankle injury against Boston.

Mike Dunleavy and Travis Diener were also missing during Monday's practice. Dunleavy is expected to miss tomorrow night's game with the Suns with a sore right knee that has bothered him throughout the preseason.

The news is more positive on Diener, who missed all of the preseason and most of training camp following offseason foot surgery. Diener is listed as day-to-day and Pacers Coach Jim O'Brien expects the backup point guard to return to practice sometime this week.
