Pacers' Granger Struggles Continue In Preseason

Last updated on Friday, October 17, 2008

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Indiana Pacers wrap up the home portion of their preseason schedule tonight when they host the Memphis Grizzlies.

The Pacers improved to 2-and-2 in exhibitions this season with a 100-93 win over the Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday night. The Pacers lone road game during the preseason was at Memphis on Monday night where they fell to the Grizzlies 103-95.

Tonight's game is the first and only back-to-back of the exhibition schedule as they will head to San Antonio to face the Spurs on Saturday night.

Mike Dunleavy could be back on the court for the Pacers tonight. Dunleavy has missed all of the preseason with a sore right knee. He was back at practice on Thursday.

Troy Murphy remains sidelined with a sore left achilles and there is no word when he might return.

Danny Granger's struggles continued in Wednesday's win over Dallas. The Pacers' leading scorer from last season has hit just five of 32 shots from the field in the preseason - that's a 15.6 shooting percentage. Granger has scored 20 of his 32 points during the preseason from the free throw line.
