(SOUTH BEND, IN) - Notre Dame tight end Will Yeatman has been suspended for the remainder of the season, according to several published reports.
Yeatman was arrested at a house party on September 21st along with 36 other Notre Dame students. He was charged with underage consumption of alcohol, resisting arrest and false reporting. All but the underage consumption charge have since been dropped.
Yeatman pled guilty in February to misdemeanor charges of driving while intoxicated and reckless driving and was under a deferred sentencing agreement. For violating that agreement, he faces up to 180 days in jail.
