(PHILADELPHIA, PA) - Colts wide receiver Marvin Harrison is being sued by a Philadelphia man who was allegedly wounded by a gun owned by Harrison in an April shooting Philadelphia.

Dwight Dixon claims he was shot by Harrison and is seeking more than $100,000 in damages after being wounded in the left hand during the April 29th shooting.

Harrison, a Philadelphia native who makes his home there in the offseason, fought with Dixon near an auto repair shop Harrison owns. Harrison admitted to police that he was involved in the fight with Dixon and that he owns the gun believed to be involved in the shooting, but denied shooting Dixon.

Harrison has not been charged in the case, but police tell The Philadelphia Daily News that the case is still open.
