Hagler Returns To Colts Practice Field

Last updated on Thursday, October 16, 2008

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Linebacker Tyjuan Hagler was back at Colts practice on Wednesday.

Hagler was placed on the physically unable to perform list before training camp after suffering a torn pectoral muscle during the team's offseason workout program.

The other player the Colts had on the PUP list, offensive guard Ryan Lilja, did not practice.

Players who are placed on the physically unable to perform list do not count against a team's 53-man roster limit and are required to sit out the first six weeks of the season. After week six, the team has three weeks to either activate the player or place him on injured reserve.

Colts Injury Report

Eight Colts players did not participate in Wednesday's practice as the team prepares for Sunday's game in Green Bay.

Roy Hall, Kelvin Hayden and Bob Sanders are still absent after missing last weekend's game with the Ravens.

Running back Joseph Addai sat with a hamstring injury, linebacker Freddy Keiaho was out with a groin injury and tight end Gijon Robinson missed practice with an ankle injury.

Defensive ends Dwight Freeney and Robert Mathis also missed practice but their absences were not injury related according to the team's practice report.
