(SOUTH BEND, IN) - The Fighting Irish of Notre Dame play four of their next five games on the road beginning with Saturday’s contest with the North Carolina Tarheels in Chapel Hill.
The Irish are 4-and-1 this season, but that lone defeat came in their only road game this season, a 23-7 setback at Michigan State.
The Irish were 2-and-3 away from South Bend last season and Head Coach Charlie Weis says Notre Dame's inability to win on the road over the past two seasons will be a point of emphasis this week.
