(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - For the first time since Tony Dungy joined the franchise in 2002, the Indianapolis Colts will enter the month of November with a sub-.500 record.
The Colts fell to 3-and-4 with their 31-21 loss at Tennessee on Monday Night Football. The loss may prove fatal for the horseshoes' attempt to win a sixth-consecutive AFC South title as the Colts are now four games behind the unbeaten Titans in the division.
The Colts are back on the primetime stage as they host the New England Patriots this Sunday night. The Patriots are 5-and-2 and tied with Buffalo for the AFC East lead despite losing all-pro quarterback Tom Brady in the first quarter of the first game of the season.
Colts Injury Report
Dungy is confident that the Colts will get some of their injured players back for Sunday's game with New England. Dungy says there is a chance that Bob Sanders, Kelvin Hayden and Joseph Addai will be back this week.
Sanders has been out since suffering a high ankle sprain in week two at Minnesota. The 2007 defensive player of the year also had arthroscopic knee surgery once it was determined that the ankle injury would keep him out of action for a significant amount of time.
Hayden has missed three games with a knee injury suffered in Houston while Addai has been out two games with a hamstring injury.
