Jeff Saturday Back On Colts Practice Field

Last updated on Thursday, September 11, 2008

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Jeff Saturday practiced, Dallas Clark did not as the Colts returned to practice on Wednesday.

Saturday tore the MCL in his right knee in a preseason game with Buffalo two and-a-half weeks ago and missed last Sunday's season opener with Chicago.

Head Coach Tony Dungy says there is a possibility that Saturday will play against the Vikings this Sunday.

The status of Clark is more up in the air. Clark left Sunday's loss to the Bears with a knee injury. An MRI revealed no structural damage to the knee and Clark reports that it is stable. Dungy hopes that Clark will be able to practice this afternoon.

Backup wide receiver Roy Hall also missed practice with a knee injury and the team reports that offensive line coach Howard Mudd will be out a couple of weeks after undergoing knee surgery.
