Fever Trade Center For Forward

(INDIANAPOLIS) - The Indiana Fever shook up their lineup Friday by sending second-year center Alison Bales to the Atlanta Dream in exchange for fourth-year forward Kristen Mann.

Bales, a 6-7 center averaged just under three points and two rebounds in nine minutes per game for Indiana this season.

Mann, a 6-2 forward, was chosen by the Dream in the 2008 Expansion Draft and averaged just over three points per game in 13 games this season.

The Indiana Fever return to action tonight as they welcome the Connecticut Sun to Conseco Fieldhouse.

These two teams have met once thus far this season, with the Fever winning that game at Mohegan Sun Arena by a score of 75-46. Since that time the Sun have rebounded, and now lead the Eastern Conference with a record of 13-5.

The Fever enter tonight's matchup at .500 with a record of 8-8.
