(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Tamika Catchings is back, although not at full strength.
The six-time WNBA all-star rejoined the Indiana Fever's active roster Sunday night as the Fever lost to the San Antonio Silver Stars. Catchings had missed the entire season following surgery to repair a torn right achilles tendon last September.
She scored two points and grabbed a rebound in twelve minutes off the bench against San Antonio. Fever Coach Lin Dunn anticipates using Catchings sparingly as the former Tennessee All-American regains her form.
The Fever fell to 5-and-4 and will host the New York Liberty on Wednesday.
