(EAST LANSING, MI) - The #12 Indiana Hoosiers ran into a buzzsaw in East Lansing, getting blown out by the 15th-ranked Michigan State Spartans 103-74.
The Spartans shot a blistering 78-percent from the field in the first half, building a 59-31 lead at halftime. Raymar Morgan led Michigan State with 20 points with Drew Neitzel and Goran Suton adding 17 points apiece as the Spartans improve to 17-and-0 at the Breslin Center this season.
Eric Gordon led the Hoosiers with 22 points with D.J. white adding 14 points and twelve rebounds.
Michigan State improves to 23-and-6, 11-and-5 in Big Ten play. The Hoosiers fall to 24-and-5, 13-and-3 in the conference as interim head coach Dan Dakich suffers his first loss.
IU hosts Minnesota on Wednesday night.
