(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Demetri McCamey scored 26 points, and Illinois beat #16 Purdue 74-67 in overtime Friday in the Big Ten tournament quarterfinals at Conseco Fieldhouse.

Shaun Pruitt added 14 points and nine rebounds for the 10th-seeded Fighting Illini, who advanced to play the Golden Gophers of Minnesota.

E'Twaun Moore scored 22 points and Robbie Hummel added 10 points and 12 rebounds for second-seeded Purdue.

The Indiana Hoosiers suffered an excruciating 59-58 loss Friday night to Minnesota in the Quarterfinals of the Big Ten Tourney.

The Hoosiers trailed virtually the entire game, and by seven at halftime.

The game ended in exciting fashion: as time expired Blake Hoffarber hit a jumper to give Minnesota the lead and a trip to the semi-finals to face the Fighting Illini.

The Hoosiers were led by DJ White's 23 points.
