(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - An investigation into an alleged sexual assault at the Carmel home of Pacers guard Marquis Daniels is underway.
The Hamilton County sheriff's department is looking into the allegation that a rape took place during a small gathering at Daniels' home.
Sheriff Doug Carter says Daniels is not a suspect and that he is cooperating with investigators.
Pacers Coach Jim O'Brien declined comment other than to say that Daniels informed team management of the situation.
