(INDIANAPOLIS) - Details of the unification agreement between the Indy Racing League and Champ Car will be released today.
University of Indianapolis motorsports expert Larry Degaris tells Inside Indiana Business that the unification gives hope and new life to open wheel racing.
Degaris says the Champ Car drivers come into the series with something to prove and he says that will make for great competition.
