Pacers Break Losing Streak With Impressive Win

(INDIANAPOLIS) - The Indiana Pacers defeated the Atlanta Hawks Friday night by a score of 113-91.

The Pacers led by four points at the end of the first quarter and by eleven at the half as the cruised to the relatively easy victory.

The Pacers were led by Danny Granger who scored a game-high 32 points and grabbed nine rebounds. Mike Dunleavy had a strong game for the Pacers as well, finishing with 23 points and 12 rebounds, while Kareem Rush came off the bench to score 20 points of his own.

The Hawks were led by Josh Childress who came off the bench to score a team-high 26 points.

The win snaps a five game losing streak for the Pacers. Indiana will return to action on Sunday night when they head on the road to face the Los Angeles Lakers in game one of a five-game west coast trip.
