(LEOPOLD) - The Lady Bluejackets claimed their fourth consecutive win as well as a conference championship with their victory against Perry Central, 61-58, Saturday afternoon.
Natalie Morris led the charge with 18 points, Amanda Trambaugh claimed 14 points and Jordan Wilson was close behind with 12 points of her own. Wilson was also named the player of the game due to her impressive 8 point charge in the fourth quarter.
The Lady Bluejackets move to 11-8 on the season and will face the Austin Lady Eagles Tuesday night.
On Sunday, the Lady Bluejackets learned their fate in the IHSAA sectional. On Friday, February 8th, Mitchell will host the winner of the Silver Creek/Charlestown sectional matchup.
