(BEDFORD) - The BNL boys varsity basketball team fell to the Braves of Terre Haute South in a Saturday night matchup, 61-52.
The boys kept the matchup close in the first half, but the Braves surged ahead in the third and fourth quarters, extending their point margin to more than 13 points.
Earlier in the evening, the BNL junior varsity team took the Braves in a tight low scoring matchup, 29-27.
The loss for the boys varsity team puts the Stars at 3-7 for the season. Up next for BNL is a trip to county rival Mitchell this Friday night. You can hear all of the action on your station to the Stars, 1340 AM WBIW.
