Pacers Fall To Pistons Two Nights In A Row

(INDIANAPOLIS) - The Indiana Pacers fell last night two the Detroit Pistons 98-92. It was Indiana’s second loss to the Pistons in as many nights.

Indiana gave a better effort Saturday night, but could not overcome the dominant play of Richard Hamilton, who led all scorers with 24 points. Chauncey Billups also had a strong game for the Pistons with 17 points and 7 assists.

The Pacers were led by Jermaine O'Neal who scored a team-high 20 points and 11 rebounds. Mike Dunleavy also had a strong game with 17 points.

Sitting out Saturday's game was Jamaal Tinsley, who according to team personnel, will be sitting out 7-10 days after suffering a hamstring injury.

Indiana returns to action Monday on the road when they face the Charlotte Bobcats. You can hear all of the action starting at 1:30pm on South Central Indiana's sports leader, 1340 AM WBIW.
