(MARTINSVILLE) - The BNL boys basketball team slipped past the Martinsville Artesians, 55-54 on Friday night.
The two teams kept it close in the first two quarters and were tied at halftime, 26-26. The Stars took off in the third quarter but not before Martinsville closed up the gap before the final buzzer sounded.

The win puts the Stars on a two-game winning streak and moves BNL to a 2-5 on the season.
