(UNDATED) - There may be more riding on Saturday's Indiana - Purdue football game than just the old oaken bucket.
With ten of the eleven teams in the Big Ten eligible for postseason bowls and only seven slots guaranteed, a win over their archrival may be necessary for the Hoosiers and the Boilermakers to keep playing beyond this weekend.
Indiana is 6-and-5 after losing at Northwestern last Saturday. The Boilers are 7-and-4 and are coming off back-to-back losses to Penn State and Michigan State.
Purdue has won the last five bucket games.
