Hoosiers Improve To 3-0 With Tourney Win

(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - Eric Gordon scored 30 points to lead the Indiana Hoosiers past North Carolina-Wilmington 95-71.


Armon Bassett added 19 points and Jordan Crawford finished with 15 for the eighth-ranked Hoosiers.

Todd Hendley led Wilmington with 20 points and Chad Tomko added 17 as the Seahawks built an early 18-8 lead before Indiana's defense clamped down.

The Hoosiers improve to 3-and-0 and extend their winning streak at Assembly Hall to 20 games.

They will face Illinois State on Friday at the Chicago Invitational Challenge at the Sears Center in suburban Chicago.
