Pacers Undefeated In Preseason Action

(NEW ORLEANS, LA) - The Indiana Pacers improved to 3-and-0 on the preseason with a 117-104 win over the New Orleans Hornets.

Ike Diogu led the Pacers with 19 points thanks to a perfect shooting night. Diogu was 7-for-7 from the field and 5-for-5 from the free throw line.

All five Indiana starters finished in double figures. Troy Murphy added 14 points and nine rebounds before fouling out in the third quarter. Jermaine O'Neal and Danny Granger scored 13 points apiece while Mike Dunleavy and Jamaal Tinsley finished with ten points each.

The Pacers were without Marquis Daniels, who sat out with a bruised knee.

Adam Haluska, a rookie forward from Iowa, led the Hornets with 20 points with David West adding 14 as New Orleans falls to 2-and-2.

The Pacers return home to face the Memphis Grizzlies Wednesday night at Conseco Fieldhouse.
