Tribe Ends Season With Loss

(LOUISVILLE, KY) - The Indianapolis Indians ended the season with their fourth-straight loss, falling to the Louisville Bats 8-2 in Louisville.

Elizardo Ramirez allowed two runs and six hits while striking-out a season-high eight batters over five innings, finishing the Triple-A portion of his season with a 4-and-3 record.

Buck Coats and Anderson Machado drove in two runs apiece for the Bats, who finished their season with four-straight wins over the Indians.

Marty McLeary took the loss for the tribe, but drove home one of the Indians' runs with a solo homer in the third. Russ Johnson drove in the other Indianapolis run with a single in the first.

The tribe finish the season with a 70-and-73 record.
