Puppy Mill Bill May Be On Statehouse Floor By Wednesday Deadline

(STATEHOUSE) - A bill regulating dog breeders appears on track to reach the House and Senate floor by Wednesday’s deadline.
The third attempt at a compromise dog bill makes 13 minor changes aimed at various objections that have been raised, from exempting 4H displays to making sure owners can put down an animal too sick or injured to survive.
